PUNE: Noted Mumbai Based Kashmiri Bollywood Music Director singer Jaan Nissar Lone and eminent Assamese Bollywood singer and musician Rani Hazarika were felicitated with the first Late Kundan Lal (KL) Saigal Award by former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Shushilkumar Shinde on Wednesday.
